The Big Dig gives local Michigan children the opportunity to attend and operate heavy machinery, including excavators, scissor lifts, and more, while raising critical funds for pediatric cancer research. Sponsors and ticketholders will be “hard hats” for the day, operating heavy construction equipment in a festive fair-like atmosphere. More than 500 big and little construction dabblers are expected to attend the 2nd Annual Big Dig of Michigan at our new location, which allows for attendees to dig, drive, and explore their favorite construction equipment in a way they never have before!
Tickets are required for children 2 years and older. Ticket includes admission to the Big Dig event, event t-shirt*, Carhartt hard hat**, and various giveaways**.
*Tickets purchased before September 16, 2020 are guaranteed an event shirt in their requested size. Tickets purchased after September 16, 2020 will receive an event shirt on a first come basis.
**Giveaways provided by our partners will vary and will be distributed on a first come basis.
